Initially based from our Bicester office before transitioning to site, this is an opportunity to contribute to a complex and meaningful programme that will leave a lasting legacy for both the local community and the wider public sector.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Project Quality Manager who can bring people together, build trusted relationships and help teams achieve excellent outcomes.
As a key member of the project team, you'll lead quality, assurance and continuous improvement activities across the project. Working closely with colleagues, delivery partners and stakeholders, you'll help embed a proactive quality culture that supports safe, efficient and successful delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading project quality and assurance activities throughout delivery
- Building strong relationships across project teams, supply chain partners and stakeholders
- Supporting teams to achieve right-first-time outcomes
- Using data and insight to identify risks, trends and opportunities for improvement
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and sharing lessons learned
- Supporting governance, compliance and assurance activities
- Helping develop a collaborative culture where quality is everyone's responsibility
What We're Looking For

Construction experience is not essential.
You may have developed your expertise in:
- Quality Management
- Assurance or Compliance
- Governance or Risk
- Operational Excellence
- Continuous Improvement
- Audit or Regulatory Environments
- Quality Systems or Process Improvement
