What our Assembly Specialists think of the role
The hands-on experience has been great. You can read all about the precast, watch the slides in the classroom but getting to physically work with the precast makes all the difference. I’ve really enjoyed working on the project, working individually and in team, helping each other out, seeing all of us grow individually and bond very well.
Romas Rakimas, Assembly Specialist
I look forward to running my own team one day on a different project and I’m excited for the future progression that I can achieve as there are roles that we may not even be aware of yet.
Rod Bailey, Assembly Specialist
"I came to the program from a completely different background work wise so for me learning started at day one and carries on every day. I still have got a long way to go but I believe I’ll get there.
"I have enjoyed the journey of the precast specialist from the day one up until today and I believe will do so till the end of the program, there’s lots and lots to learn but with the right support and knowledge that we receive here on a daily basis it is more than possible to succeed and become a qualified assembly specialist."
