When we mobilise our fully integrated delivery team we work together to de-risk projects with clients, integrate design and manufacturing with logistics, and accelerate construction on site. This reduces the risks associated with a traditional, fragmented approach to construction delivery and provides greater certainty to our clients.

With two main specialist areas - structures and geotechnical, the Expanded Group provides a total capability in the early construction phases of major projects, providing an end-to-end solution or a bespoke choice of services, backed by a central technical design and engineering resource to deliver programmes for numerous market-leading developments.
Crown House Technologies
Crown House Technologies (CHt) is our mechanical and electrical specialist. As the UK’s leading MEP solution provider, CHt has a wealth of experience in delivering complex and high interface projects. Today CHt is the UK’s foremost prefabricator of modular building services, providing nationwide capability from a 12,000m² facility near Birmingham. Its highly skilled workforce can meet increased demands and fast track programmes while maintaining high standards in quality, health and safety.

Vetter
Vetter UK is a specialist stone contractor.
It focuses on the design, supply, and installation of high-quality stonework, including floors, facades, internal fit-out, urban landscaping, restoration and conservation, on projects of every scale in the UK.
For over 150 years Vetter has been the name behind some of the most prestigious landmark projects across the UK, including Heathrow T5 and T2, Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh, Bluewater shopping centre in Kent, Manchester Town Hall and Central Library, and Kirkstall Abbey in Leeds.

The investment in our own purpose-built facility, which opened in Steetley, Nottinghamshire in 2009, has united the power of our experience and knowledge of construction with state-of-the-art processes and technology, providing our clients with leaner, smarter and more cost efficient options for the built environment.
