Trade & Technical
Apprenticeships
Our Trade and Technical Apprenticeship programme is developed for individuals with a passion for construction and engineering.
The Trade and Technical Apprenticeship Programme combines college and work-based training, allowing you to build your skills and gain a recognised qualification while working on some of the most exciting projects in the UK.
The course provides you with a formal college education, leading to a Level 2 and/or 3 apprenticeship standard in your chosen area of speciality.
Programme Structure
Over the course of two or four years (depending on the specific apprenticeship), you will gain a broad set of technical skills through on-the-job training, supported by our qualified and experienced workforce and construction professionals. A dedicated mentor and approved training provider will work closely with you, giving regular feedback on your progress towards completing your apprenticeship.
Quarterly tripartite reviews of your apprenticeship progress will take place between you, your workplace mentor and your training provider. This ensures you are on track, and these reviews will be used to identify any support required along the way.
Entry requirements
We are looking for apprentices who meet the following criteria:
- Entry grades will be listed in each of our apprenticeship vacancies and they will differ from role to role.
- A willingness to work away from home during study periods (where applicable) and as your work requires.
- Three GCSEs (preferably grades 7-4) or have a minimum of six months work experience within the construction industry.
