Role Overview

Full‑time, on‑site role in Bicester leading information management for a major project. You'll ensure systems, information, and processes support smooth and compliant delivery.

Full‑time | On‑site | Asite experience required

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Information Management team.
  • Set and manage information standards and procedures.
  • Manage the EDMS, particularly Asite, including user access.
  • Coordinate reporting and support digital tools such as Field View.
  • Train teams on information management systems.
  • Support digital working via SharePoint, Teams, and mobile tools.
  • Manage quality procedures and project archiving.

You Should Have

  • Experience managing information or document control processes.
  • Knowledge of construction projects and lifecycles.
  • Strong organisation and communication skills.
  • Experience with EDM systems.
  • Understanding of ISO19650/PAS1192.
  • Confidence leading and supporting others.
