Laing O'Rourke is looking for an Early Talent Recruitment Specialist to support our graduate and early careers programmes across the UK.
This role sits at the heart of our early talent entry point, managing end‑to‑end recruitment for a high‑volume pipeline of around 16,000 applications per year. You'll play a key role in attracting diverse talent, delivering engaging recruitment experiences, and promoting Laing O'Rourke as an employer of choice.
What you'll do:
- Deliver end‑to‑end early talent recruitment, from attraction through to offer
- Manage high‑volume CV sifting and application pipelines
- Coordinate and deliver recruitment events, assessment centres, careers fairs, and university engagement
- Present confidently to students and stakeholders, promoting Laing O'Rourke programmes
- Drive strong candidate engagement and inclusive recruitment practices
- Use data and insights to improve processes and support diversity outcomes
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and wider stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- Experience in graduate or high‑volume recruitment (end‑to‑end)
- Strong background in CV sifting and candidate management
- Passion for early careers, attraction activity, and inclusivity
- Confident communicator and presenter
- Comfortable working at pace and managing competing priorities
