What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for individuals with a genuine interest in construction and the built environment who are keen to learn and develop new skills. Role Overview
Vetter UK Ltd is a specialist stone contractor and leading company in the UK stone industry. We operate throughout the UK with the capability to undertake all aspects of work; designing, supplying and installing high quality Facades, Floors, Internal Fit-Out, Urban Landscaping, Restoration and Conservation. You will be based at one of our projects across the UK, working across various sectors including hospitals, airports, railways and football stadiums.
As a Stone Mason, you will learn to install various stone components across the interior of a building, both new builds and refurbishment projects, including staircases, bathrooms, flooring and wall cladding. You will also learn how to install handset stone cladding and hard landscaping across the outside of structures, shaping the building façade and external realms. You will work closely with experienced stone masons who will support your development, helping you build practical skills, confidence, and a strong understanding of stone masonry.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to learning are essential, and full training will be provided.
The safety of our workforce is our highest priority at Vetter UK.
Location
You will be required to work across projects within the UK. Projects are likely to include Oxford, Olympia and Old Oak Common, but you maybe asked to work on other projects.
