We're looking for a Team Assistant to provide essential support to a busy professional services team. This is a varied role where you'll work closely with colleagues, coordinate key activities, manage competing priorities, and help deliver an exceptional experience for stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative and coordination support to a busy team.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and handling changes to arrangements.
  • Coordinating internal meetings, reviews and team activities.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, agendas and meeting materials.
  • Tracking actions and following up on outstanding tasks to ensure progress is maintained.
  • Arranging interviews, stakeholder meetings and workshops.
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation and itineraries where required.
  • Maintaining accurate records, documentation and reporting information.
  • Supporting the preparation and formatting of presentations, reports and business documents.
  • Acting as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting with events, networking activities and team initiatives.
  • Supporting process improvements and helping maintain effective systems and templates.
  • Providing flexible support across the team as priorities and workloads change.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an administrative, team support, coordinator or assistant role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, diaries, travel or events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
  • A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information.
  • Enthusiasm to learn, develop and embrace new technologies and ways of working.
