Role Overview 

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will provide architectural leadership across a diverse technology landscape, ensuring solutions are designed consistently, delivered effectively and aligned with enterprise standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Translate business objectives into solution architectures that deliver measurable outcomes. 

• Develop solution designs, architectural blueprints and technology roadmaps. 

• Assess existing technology landscapes and identify improvement opportunities. 

• Lead architectural design and evaluation across applications and initiatives. 

• Support governance through standards, reference models and design guidance. 

• Collaborate with architects, delivery teams and business stakeholders. 

Essential Requirements 

• Experience across multiple technologies, platforms and environments. 

• Understanding of current and emerging technology trends. 

• Ability to influence and facilitate stakeholder decision-making. 

• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences. 

• Strategic thinking balancing long and short-term priorities. 

• Experience providing architectural leadership. 

• Technology-neutral, outcome-focused mindset. 

• Intellectual curiosity and sound judgement. 

Desirable Requirements 

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. 

• Understanding of product management, Agile principles and delivery practices. 

• Experience supporting Agile teams with architecture guidance. 

• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.
