As a People Service Administrator, you will manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and deliver excellent customer service to employees at all levels.

We are looking for an organised and proactive People Services Administrator to join our HR team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR service across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including right-to-work checks and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Support probation reviews, contract changes, leave requests, and the employee leaver process.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Administer employee benefits, referral schemes, and employment documentation.
  • Maintain HR systems and produce accurate reports to support the People Services team.
  • Ensure confidentiality, compliance with employment legislation, and data integrity.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and provide general administrative support as required.

About you:

We are looking for an organised administrator with excellent IT skills – you will be working with a multitude of systems including Success Factors, e-Arcu, iTrent and Microsoft Teams therefore the ability to pick up new systems quickly is beneficial. . We need an individual who will embrace change and innovation and is able to adapt to new processes.
