As a People Partner – Strategic Programmes, you will work closely with business leaders to provide practical, commercially focused HR support that enables high-performing teams and drives business success.
Partnering with leaders across Strategic Programmes, you'll play a key role in delivering people solutions that support workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, organisational change, and capability.
You'll help ensure our people practices are aligned with business priorities while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide proactive HR advice and guidance to leaders and managers on a wide range of people matters.
- Support workforce planning and recruitment activities to ensure the business attracts and retains the right talent.
- Partner with managers to effectively manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
- Coordinate and deliver key people processes, maintaining accurate employee data and HR records.
- Contribute to organisational change initiatives, talent development, and succession planning activities.
- Use HR systems and people data to provide insights that support informed business decisions.
- Promote HR best practice and support the consistent application of policies, procedures, and people initiatives.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a collaborative HR professional who combines strong technical knowledge with a pragmatic, customer-focused approach. You'll be confident building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and delivering practical people solutions in a fast-paced environment.
You'll bring:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards), or equivalent HR qualification.
- Experience in an HR Generalist or HR Advisor/People Partner role.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience supporting recruitment, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical capability, including experience using HR systems (such as SuccessFactors) and interpreting people data.
- Effective communication and coaching skills, with the confidence to support and influence managers.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, project-based or matrix environment is desirable.
