Are you an experienced IT Change professional who combines strong governance with excellent people skills? Laing O'Rourke is looking for an IT Change & Performance Lead to help manage risk, build confidence in technology change, and strengthen how IT engages with the wider business. The role leans more towards change management with performance forming a smaller portion of the role.
This is a highly visible role requiring sound judgement, emotional intelligence, and the ability to bring people together around clear, well‑communicated decisions.

Our mission is to create a modern, resilient technology environment where data underpins decisions, digital capability accelerates progress, and emerging technologies such as AI enhance the way we work. We are building a trusted, forward‑looking IT function that is closely connected to business success.
Joining us means working on meaningful challenges, influencing how change is delivered, and making a visible impact in an organisation that values collaboration, accountability, and thoughtful leadership.
