Would you like to join a thriving international business and act as the primary business-facing representative for the AI, Data & Analytics team, ensuring delivery outcomes are clearly understood, tracked, and achieved?

This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the manager and wider team confidently at all levels of the organisation. You will translate complex data and analytics concepts into clear, non-technical language that resonates with business leaders and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact between business stakeholders and the AI, Data & Analytics delivery teams.
  • Own and manage delivery items end-to-end, ensuring scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes are clearly defined and documented.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Data Management & Governance
  • Self-Service Analytics Enablement
  • Documentation & Continuous Improvement 

     

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Data Business Analyst or similar role within Data, Analytics, or AI-driven environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical business language.
  • Experience working across geographies and time zones, ideally supporting offshore or hub-based delivery teams.
  • Strong delivery management mindset with experience tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and driving accountability.
  • Solid understanding of data management principles, including data quality, governance, and documentation.
  • Experience supporting or enabling self-service analytics and data-driven decision making.
