Market and Competitor Analysis: understand & evaluate market trends, key sectors and competitor's landscape as well as strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
Strategic Project Support: understand strategy and transformation planning and execution in construction industry and assist the development of FY25 strategic initiatives, helping with project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
Data Analysis and Reporting: understand & evaluate using data analytics tools to support strategic decision-making by analysing performance metrics and creating insightful reports.
