We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our dynamic resourcing team and play a vital role in supporting recruitment across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset, looking to build or grow a career in recruitment. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Dartford HQ (DA26SN)

Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing Talent Acquisition team, you will help ensure that candidates have a great experience, and that recruitment runs smoothly behind the scenes. From general coordination and system updates, to supporting campaigns and reporting, this is a hands-on, fast-paced administrative role where attention to detail really matters.

If you are enthusiastic, well-organised, and ready to make an impact, we would love to hear from you.

What will the role look like?

You will be central in:

· Providing administrative support across the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination.

· Keeping our recruitment systems (ATS) up to date and ensuring data is accurate and well-maintained.

· Supporting the posting of job adverts and helping ensure content aligns with brand and tone guidelines.

· Assisting with recruitment reporting and tracking to help inform decision-making.

· Working closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors and stakeholders across the business to provide a smooth and responsive service.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused administrator with a collaborative, can-do approach.

Ideally, you will bring:

· Previous administrative or HR support experience (recruitment experience desirable but not essential).

· Strong time management and coordination skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· A proactive, customer-focused mindset.

· Confidence working with digital systems and a willingness to learn new tools (experience with an ATS is a plus).

· High levels of accuracy, professionalism, and discretion.

If you enjoy supporting others, working in a busy team, and want to grow your experience in recruitment, this role could be the perfect fit.
