The Role

This is a site and project-focused role where you will take responsibility for the delivery of sprinkler packages on a flagship Life Sciences development. You'll work as part of the wider project team, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of sprinkler/fire suppression packages on site
  • Oversee subcontractors and specialist suppliers
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to required quality standards
  • Attend and lead coordination meetings with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Monitor progress and resolve any site issues
  • Work closely with commercial teams on cost control and variations
  • Support commissioning, testing, and handover
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and project requirements

 

What do we look for?

  • Strong background in sprinkler/fire suppression systems
  • Experience managing packages or projects on site
  • Able to coordinate subcontractors and drive programme
  • Good understanding of site operations and project delivery
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience on complex M&E or high-spec projects (Life Sciences, healthcare, commercial) beneficial
