Sprinkler Project Manager

The Role
This is a site and project-focused role where you will take responsibility for the delivery of sprinkler packages on a flagship Life Sciences development. You'll work as part of the wider project team, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of sprinkler/fire suppression packages on site
- Oversee subcontractors and specialist suppliers
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to required quality standards
- Attend and lead coordination meetings with internal teams and stakeholders
- Monitor progress and resolve any site issues
- Work closely with commercial teams on cost control and variations
- Support commissioning, testing, and handover
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and project requirements
What do we look for?
- Strong background in sprinkler/fire suppression systems
- Experience managing packages or projects on site
- Able to coordinate subcontractors and drive programme
- Good understanding of site operations and project delivery
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience on complex M&E or high-spec projects (Life Sciences, healthcare, commercial) beneficial
