As Senior R&D Tax Advisor, you'll act as a trusted R&D professional across the business – working closely with operational, commercial and finance teams to ensure our innovation is recognised, valued and supported. You'll influence how we capture R&D activity, develop smarter systems and grow our RDEC (R&D Expenditure Credit) claim as our business evolves.

About you
You're a fully qualified accountant who enjoys combining technical strength with curiosity. You're comfortable working with complex financial and technical information, and you communicate with clarity and confidence across diverse stakeholder groups. You value accuracy, deadlines and autonomy, and you enjoy understanding how things really work.
Just as importantly, you bring a thoughtful, collaborative mindset – someone who listens, challenges constructively and is motivated by making things better.
