We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of the external hard landscape package on the Ellison Institute of Technology project in Oxford – an architecturally ambitious, high-profile development blending science, wellness, and design excellence.

Your Mission:

As part of Laing O'Rourke's Vetter business – experts in high-quality finishes and specialist work packages – you'll oversee the delivery of complex external works including:

• Paving, drainage and hard landscaping

• Bespoke finishes and detailing

• Coordination with design teams, suppliers, and multiple trades

• Managing programme, quality, commercial performance, and compliance

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience managing high-specification external works or hard landscape packages

• Ability to lead specialist subcontractors and interface with senior stakeholders

• A strong safety and quality ethos, aligned with project excellence

• Confidence navigating demanding urban sites with complex logistics
