We're looking for a highly organised Recruitment Administrator to join our busy Resourcing Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build or grow a career in recruitment. You'll play a key role in keeping our recruitment processes running smoothly and ensuring candidates have a positive experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including interview scheduling and admin tasks
- Updating and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Helping to post job adverts and ensure content is accurate and on-brand
- Assisting with recruitment reporting and activity tracking
- Working closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors and teams across the business
What we're looking for:
- Previous admin or HR support experience (recruitment experience is a bonus)
- Strong organisation and time‑management skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude
- Confidence using digital systems (ATS experience helpful but not essential)
- High attention to detail and professionalism
