This is a great Squiggly Career move: you'll build project management, stakeholder and commercial skills in a small, close‑knit team, with visibility across the organisation. You'll coordinate RDEC activity across our project portfolio, support teams to spot and evidence eligible work, and keep everything moving, from first conversations through to robust, compliant submissions.
What you'll be doing:

- Work with project teams to identify and evaluate eligible R&D activities, innovations and associated costs
- Liaise with project managers, finance and R&D teams to align on RDEC strategies and evidence requirements
- Review successful RDEC claims to capture insights, lessons learned and best practice
- Develop and deliver training materials, workshops and guidance to support project teams
- Support the continuous improvement of internal RDEC processes, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations
What we're looking for:
You're energetic, proactive and happiest when you're working with people, building relationships, asking great questions and turning complexity into clear next steps. You're a self‑starter who enjoys getting out to sites, understanding what teams are doing day‑to‑day, and following actions through from start to finish.
Key skills and capabilities include:
- Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple activities
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior and cross‑functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and technical data
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Attention to detail, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
