You'll make a real difference by ensuring data and documents are accurate, clear, and easy to use, helping the team stay on track and achieve key milestones. Essential: Must be familiar with Asite 

Responsibilities:

  • Advising on internal document management utilising best practice
  • Co-ordinate and collate project reporting, inclusive but not limited to client reports, and system reporting
  • Deliver training to staff on information management systems, with support from the Regional Information Management team
  • Managing the quality procedures for all administrative and document control activities
  • Production of the digital handover, or facilitation if an external vendor appointed
  • Facilitate and maintain toolset for work in progress project information through Sharepoint & Teams
  • Manage a team to deliver an exceptional Information Management service to the project

Key Skills:

  • Ability to manage, support, motivate and develop staff
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Personally organised and translates goals into personal and team plans
  • Can work under pressure and to timescales
  • Good knowledge of construction processes, and project life cycle
  • Excellent technical ability
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Detailed knowledge of ISO19650
