The Opportunity

As Project Co-Ordinator, you'll play a pivotal role as the link between design, manufacturing, and on-site assembly, supporting major UK construction and infrastructure projects.

This role is ideal for a site engineer or construction manager seeking an office-based position, looking to deepen their knowledge of precast manufacturing and grow their career within modern construction delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee the supply of products to the project to the agreed specification, with assured delivery in sequence and time.
Provide a single point of contact for programming, technical, production, delivery and quality issues.
Ensure that the client requirements on projects including scope, programme, specification and design information are understood by the team to inform the delivery plan.
Monitor progress of all elements of design, delivery and supply chain.
Attend site progress, coordination meetings and workshops, investigating any customer complaints/NCRs as required.

What We're Looking For

Degree-qualified in Construction or Civil Engineering.
Experience with precast concrete is beneficial but not essential.
Strong communication and coordination skills – you act as the “glue” between teams.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the drive to keep projects moving.
