Based: High Marnham or Chesterfield
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our office operations across our Chesterfield and High Marnham office's. This role is central to ensuring efficient administrative support, strong coordination and a professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate office operations across both Chesterfield and High Marnham locations
- Act as the main point of contact for all office and administrative queries
- Manage and coordinate training activities, including scheduling and record-keeping
- Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the office environment and processes
- Provide administrative support and coordination assistance to Project Leaders
- Maintain office systems, supplies, and administrative procedures
- Assist with basic diary coordination and meeting organisation where required
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and drive efficiencies
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in office management within a large organisation or project environment
- Strong coordination and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Experience with light diary management and meeting coordination
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and use initiative
- Comfortable liaising with senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
