We're looking for an experienced Information Management Transformation Lead to join our growing Digital Function and help shape how we manage and use information across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, bringing together people, process and technology to develop better, more connected ways of working.

You'll work collaboratively with teams across the organisation, listening to different perspectives, sharing your expertise and helping turn our Information Management strategy into positive, lasting change.

We're looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, enjoys building relationships and is excited by the opportunity to help shape what great Information Management looks like for our business.

What will the role look like?

No two days will be quite the same. You'll work with colleagues across the business to understand what's working well, where we can improve and how Information Management can make people's working lives simpler and more effective.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Help shape and deliver our Information Management strategy.
  • Lead improvement and transformation initiatives from idea through to adoption.
  • Work closely with teams to introduce better processes, tools and ways of working.
  • Bring people together through workshops, conversations and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Build strong relationships across Digital, Operations, Commercial and Delivery.
  • Champion Information Management best practice and share new ideas from across the industry.
  • Help create meaningful, sustainable change that delivers real value for our people and projects.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

  • Experience in Information Management, ideally within construction, engineering, infrastructure or the built environment.
  • Experience delivering projects, transformation or organisational change.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels.
  • Experience developing or improving Information Management processes, strategies or frameworks.
  • A collaborative and practical approach to solving problems.
  • The ability to see the bigger picture while still being comfortable getting involved in the detail.

Knowledge of ISO 19650, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, information governance or Digital Transformation would be beneficial, as would a Change or Project Management qualification, but we're equally interested in the wider experience and perspective you can bring.
