This role is based in our Dartford office, Monday - Friday 

As a Human Resources Administrator, you'll ensure new starters have a seamless onboarding experience - from induction to documentation and query support. Working within the People Services team, you'll manage the onboarding process through to the probationary period, maintain accurate HR data, and ensure all right-to-work documentation is received and recorded.

Responsibilities:

  • Key contact for onboarding
  • Ensuring mandatory requirements have been fulfilled and written confirmation is produced alongside processing extension or failed probations
  • Co-ordination of the Employee Referral Scheme
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and processes ensuring they are adhered to
  • Giving first line support for employees relating to the lifecycle of their employment
  • Management of the leavers process including carrying out exit interviews, producing references & further education repayment fees
  • Administration relating to changes to terms and conditions of employment including flexible working applications
  • Employee screening co-ordination
  • Administration of employee benefits including company car, car/transport allowance and Private medical healthcare
  • Processing leave of absence requests such as parenthood leave or sabbaticals
  • Ongoing contribution to refinement of processes and forms
  • Creating and management of employee files
  • Co-ordination of the LOR Induction course
  • Contribution to data integrity exercises
  • Assist where required in any other ad hoc administrative duties for the business

Essential:

  • Minimum 6 months experience working as a HR Administrator/Coordinator in a large company focusing on onboarding

About you:

  • Organised and IT-efficient, you will be using platforms such as Success Factors, e-Arcu, iTrent, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Quick to learn new systems and processes.
  • Be able to use your own initiative.
  • Strong communicator with excellent multitasking skills.
  • Proactive and confident with working independently, as well as in a team.
  • Adaptable and open to change and innovation.
