· Undertake piling risk assessments and manage laboratory testing contracts.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

· Proven experience in contaminated land assessment and remediation within UK construction.
· Knowledge of UK environmental legislation and guidance (e.g. CLR11, BS10175).
· Experience developing Materials Management Plans (MMPs).
· Understanding of surface water management and pollution prevention.
· Strong communication, report writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Familiarity with GIS, logging software, and environmental modelling tools (desirable).
· CSCS card and relevant health & safety training (e.g. SMSTS) preferred.

Don't match all the criteria? We are open and always happy to hear from people with transferable skill sets and a commitment to learning.
