Groundworks Supervisor
High Marnham Site
Duties:
- Supervise groundworks activities on site, ensuring work is completed safely and to programme.
- Coordinate operatives and monitor quality standards.
- Oversee drainage, excavation, concreting and finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with company and client health and safety requirements.
- Complete site records and reports as required.
- Liaise with site management and subcontractors.

Experience/Skills Required:
- Previous Groundworks Supervisory experience.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- EUSR Level 1 and EUSR Level 2 (Essential).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
