Digital Learning Experience Owner

National Role

We're looking for a Digital Learning Experience Manager to design, deliver and continually evolve an engaging, skills‑centred digital learning ecosystem.

This role leads the end‑to‑end digital learning experience,from platform strategy and ownership of LOR Learn, through to learning architecture, solution design and measurement — ensuring learning is intuitive, personalised and impactful across the organisation. It plays a key role in building a culture of deep learning and ensuring digital learning directly supports long‑term organisational priorities and future capability needs.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for:

• Owning the strategy, roadmap and performance of LOR Learn, ensuring a high‑quality, personalised digital learning experience
• Ensuring LOR Learn enables discovery, engagement and easy access to relevant learning
• Designing intuitive, inclusive digital learning aligned to organisational priorities
• Applying human‑centred design and learner insight to improve engagement and effectiveness
• Integrating learning technologies, analytics and AI tools into LOR Learn to improve scale and outcomes
• Maintaining a clear, consistent learning and content architecture across the digital learning ecosystem
• Leading a skills‑first approach, aligning learning to critical and future skills
• Evolving the skills taxonomy to connect roles, skills, learning and career pathways
• Designing and delivering high‑quality digital and blended learning through LOR Learn
• Curating relevant external content and partnerships to strengthen the learning offering
• Co‑creating credible content with Subject Matter Experts, Learning Ambassadors and learning communities
• Defining success measures for digital learning and using data from LOR Learn to continuously improve impact

About you

You bring strong experience in digital learning and a clear focus on learner experience. You'll have:

• Experience leading digital learning platforms or enterprise‑level learning ecosystems
• Confidence owning and evolving a core learning platform
• Expertise in learner experience design, learning architecture and digital content strategy
• Strong understanding of modern learning technologies and analytics
• The ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders

Experience with skills‑based learning, transformation programmes, agile or product‑led delivery, or emerging learning technologies is desirable.
