Now, we're looking for ambitious Digital Engineers to lead and deliver project-wide Digital Engineering strategies. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the UK's largest infrastructure programmes, leveraging technology to enhance design, delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Be Doing?

  • Lead the implementation of project Digital Engineering (DE) strategies using robust process, influence, and collaboration.
  • Use your technical ability to develop intelligent models in MicroStation, Civils 3D, and other key platforms.
  • Act as a bridge between digital design and engineering excellence, ensuring best practices are followed and continuously improved.
  • Champion BIM and digital delivery protocols, ensuring internal and external teams are aligned and informed.
  • Drive innovation by challenging outdated methods and promoting smarter ways of working.
  • Mentor and upskill junior team members, helping to build future digital capability.
  • Apply 4D and 5D techniques to communicate construction sequencing and cost insights.
  • Contribute to cost modelling, helping stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of project documentation to ensure model accuracy and value.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong foundation in Digital Engineering, BIM, or relevant technical disciplines.
  • Demonstrable experience in infrastructure (ideally rail) design and delivery.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Bentley, MicroStation, Civils 3D, AECOsim, Navisworks, ProjectWise, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and Navigator.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • A natural mentor who's eager to develop others and drive technical excellence.
