Purpose of the Role

This role supports the Design Management team by helping people stay connected, develop their careers, learn new skills, and continuously improve how they work.

It's a people-focused coordination role that works with Design Managers, HR, early talent teams, and business leaders to support a strong and successful Design Management community.

 

Team & Community

  • Organise team events, meetings, forums, and newsletters.
  • Help build a strong and connected Design Management community.
  • Maintain team resources, guidance, and information on company systems.
  • Gather feedback from Design Managers and help improve the team experience.

 

 Careers & Development

  • Support career pathways and development opportunities.
  • Help maintain skills and capability frameworks.
  • Support mentoring programmes.
  • Assist employees in understanding progression and development opportunities.

 

Early Talent

  • Support recruitment of graduates, apprentices, and placement students.
  • Help with onboarding and development of new starters.
  • Contribute to building a future talent pipeline for Design Management.

 

 Training & Continuous Improvement

  • Coordinate training programmes and learning opportunities.
  • Support creation of training materials and development resources.
  • Capture and share lessons learned from projects.
  • Promote innovation, learning, and best practice across the team.

 

Professional Development

  • Encourage professional memberships and accreditations.
  • Support employees in their ongoing professional development.
