Are you passionate about Diversity and Inclusion? Do you have experience in Program Management, and are you an effective communicator at all levels? If so, we're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and collaborative D&I and Employee Experience Coordinator to help bring our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy and employee experience agenda to life.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong programme coordination or project management experience who is passionate about creating positive workplace experiences and is looking to develop a career in DEI, employee engagement, or people-focused roles.
Working within a supportive and high-trust environment, you'll play a key role in delivering impactful programmes, coordinating employee listening activities, supporting employee networks, and ensuring our DEI and employee experience initiatives are delivered effectively and consistently.
What You'll Be Doing
As our D&I and Employee Experience Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate DEI and Employee Experience programmes, events, and action plans with internal and external partners
- Support and manage employee networks, DEI councils, forums, and working groups
- Coordinate employee listening activities, including surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions
- Partner with communications colleagues to create engaging campaigns and communications for employees and leaders
- Develop and maintain guidance materials, resources, and internal communications
- Produce reports, dashboards, and insights relating to DEI and employee experience activity
- Act as a first point of contact for DEI and employee experience enquiries
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners and benchmarking organisations
- Contribute to key external reporting, including Gender Pay Gap and Sustainability reporting
About You
We're interested in hearing from people who can demonstrate:
- Experience coordinating programmes, projects, or initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Desirable
- Exposure to DEI, employee engagement, HR, people, culture, or employee experience activities
- Experience working with data, reporting, dashboards, or employee insights
- Experience coordinating events, networks, or employee forums
