We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our Sustainability team who wants to apply cutting-edge analytics, AI, and machine learning to some of today's most pressing challenges: reducing carbon, boosting social value, and driving environmental impact.

What you'll do

✨ Turn complex sustainability data into insights that shape smarter, greener decisions.
✨ Build predictive models and experiments that unlock hidden value across our business.
✨ Create scalable data pipelines and take machine learning models into production.
✨ Partner with project teams and leaders to tell powerful data stories.
✨ Ensure data is secure, compliant, and trusted — because impact starts with integrity.

What you'll bring

• 3-5 years experience with Power BI & Python within an Azure environment. 

• A degree in a quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years' experience delivering end-to-end data science & ML solutions.

• Strong skills in statistics, predictive modelling and applied machine learning.

• Proficiency in Python, R and SQL (bonus points for C++ or Java).

• Experience with cloud platforms, big data tools, and visualisation software.

• Familiarity with sustainability data (carbon, environment, social value).

• A talent for translating complex insights into clear, compelling stories.
