We're on the lookout for a COINS System Specialist to join our dynamic Finance Systems Platform team. This is a high-impact role where you'll act as a subject matter expert, supporting both project delivery and operational change across the organisation.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of COINS ERP configuration and administration, with a focus on Finance, Plant, and Procurement modules.
  • Deliver end-to-end solutions: from scoping and requirements gathering to build, test, and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, system parameters, reports, and data uploads.
  • Ensure system health through proactive maintenance, upgrades, and patching aligned with our evergreen systems model.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and the wider business to support and optimise platform use.
  • Stay ahead of platform developments and keep documentation and technical specs up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead platform optimisation initiatives and deliver continuous improvements.
  • Align with strategic roadmaps and project pipelines.
  • Promote platform capabilities and identify new opportunities for enhancement.
  • Follow best practices and governance for consistent, scalable results.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience with COINS ERP, especially in Finance, Plant, and Procurement modules.
  • Strong understanding of system configuration, interdependencies, and business process mapping.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability.
  • Knowledge of testing procedures and change management preferred.
  • A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to break down silos and influence shared goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL Foundation v3/v4 certification
