Role Overview and the Purpose of the role:
To support the delivery of Information Management requirements by assisting with the organisation, validation, coordination, and governance of project information, helping teams comply with established standards and digital delivery processes. This aligns with the wider Information Management function's focus on project information standards, CDE workflows, and digital governance.
Key Responsibilities – What you'll do:
To support the delivery of Information Management requirements by assisting with the organisation, validation, coordination, and governance of project information, helping teams comply with established standards and digital delivery processes. This aligns with the wider Information Management function's focus on project information standards, CDE workflows, and digital governance.
- Supports the implementation of Information Management processes and standards across projects, helping to maintain accurate, compliant, and accessible project information
- Regular activities include:
- administering Common Data Environments (CDEs)
- Carrying out information quality checks
- Monitoring compliance with ISO 19650 workflows
- Coordinating information exchanges
- Assisting with the production of project information reports and handover deliverables.
- This role helps ensure information is structured, governed, and available to support effective project delivery.

Location: National
We are recruiting for locations that we anticipate having Early Talent roles for at the time of our next programme commencement. Please note that due to the nature of the business, there could be changes to locations noted.
Our projects are based across the UK (National) so you'll need to be prepared to be flexible about where you work. Depending on project requirements, this may involve travelling, staying away from home during the week, or relocating closer to a project site. In return, you'll gain valuable experience working on a variety of projects, helping you develop your skills and broaden your career opportunities.
