The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the strategic hiring needs of our Support Functions, including HR, Finance, Legal, IT amongst others. Based out of our Head Office in Dartford, where many of our wider in-house Talent Acquisition team are also located, this 12-month fixed-term maternity cover role offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in shaping how we attract and engage the talent that enables our business to perform at its best.
Operating as a subject matter expert, this is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you will work closely with senior stakeholders to plan and deliver recruitment aligned to business objectives. You will also play an important part in supporting our inclusion and diversity agenda through inclusive sourcing, selection, and outreach strategies.

What will the role look like?
You will be central in:
- Delivering end-to-end recruitment for our Support Functions, ensuring great candidate and stakeholder experiences.
- Partnering with function leaders and hiring managers to review talent needs and develop tailored resourcing plans.
- Designing inclusive sourcing strategies that contribute to building a more diverse and representative organisation.
- Driving recruitment process improvements, using data and insight to inform decisions and enhance outcomes.
What skills & experience are we looking for?
We are looking for a credible, proactive resourcing expert who can operate with confidence and impact across functional business areas.
Ideally, you will bring:
- Proven experience delivering resourcing activity across corporate or functional teams in complex organisations.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence hiring outcomes through data and insight.
- A passion for inclusive hiring, with experience embedding diversity into recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
