We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our busy Team. The team is split between our Manchester and Dartford offices, and we're keen for someone to join us on site at our Dartford Head Office.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their admin career who enjoys getting stuck in, asking questions, and taking initiative. You'll play an important part in supporting the team and keeping everything running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing day to day administrative support to the TA team
  • Keeping systems and team records up to date
  • Assisting with posting job adverts and ensuring content is accurate and on‑brand
  • Managing the team inbox and directing queries to the right people
  • Preparing documents, templates, and general paperwork
  • Supporting Talent Acquisition Advisors with routine admin tasks and team coordination

What we're looking for:

  • Previous admin or HR support experience 
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Someone curious, confident, and comfortable speaking up or asking when they're unsure
  • A proactive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to get involved
  • Confidence using digital systems and learning new tools
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
