We're now on the lookout for a Process Engineer / Lean Specialist—a dynamic, hands-on professional with a passion for continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and digital innovation. If you want to make a genuine impact on how the construction industry operates, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do

Lead lean initiatives to streamline production, reduce waste, and boost efficiency.

Facilitate Kaizen events and apply Six Sigma and root cause analysis to solve complex challenges.

Embed 5S, visual management, and standard work practices across our operations.

Collaborate with Production, Design, and Quality teams to improve manufacturability.

Drive our MMC and DfMA transformation through process improvement and digital tools.
What You Bring
-
A degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).

Solid experience in a complex manufacturing or industrial setting.

Expertise in Lean tools and methodologies – Six Sigma certification a plus.

Strong communication skills and a proactive, shop floor presence.

Experience with digital tools such as MES systems, Power BI or AutoCAD (a bonus!).
