As a People Services Administrator, you will be at the forefront of ensuring new starters have a smooth onboarding experience, including inductions, responding to queries and tracking returned documentation.
You will provide HR administration support across the business, managing onboarding from offer through to the end of probation. This includes uploading new starters onto systems, ensuring Right to Work documentation is received, and maintaining accurate HR data.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the key contact for onboarding
- Managing probation, leavers and employee lifecycle administration
- Providing first‑line HR support and guidance on policies and processes
- Administering changes to terms and conditions, leave and benefits
- Maintaining accurate employee files and HR data
- Supporting continuous improvement of HR processes
About you:
- Organised administrator with strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Able to multi‑task, meet deadlines and use initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, professional and approachable
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Discreet, solutions‑focused and adaptable to change
