- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams for smooth rollout.
User Support & Infrastructure:
- Provide second & third line support for infrastructure and applications.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in collaboration with support teams and vendors.
- Lead infrastructure reviews and remediation activities post-implementation.
- Maintain compliance with IT Group standards and ensure operational readiness.

Technical Knowledge:
- Expert understanding of Active Directory / Entra ID, WAN technologies, SharePoint, Teams, Meraki, and SDWAN.
- Proficient with Microsoft enterprise suite and IP networking (including switch config and wireless).
- Strong grasp of IT infrastructure, hardware, and OS environments.
Core Competencies:

- Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex systems to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
- Experience delivering in multi-site, multi-discipline, and high-pressure environments.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years in a corporate IT implementation/support role.
- A passion for IT and delivering effective solutions.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to different work environments.
Why Join Us?
- Work on flagship infrastructure projects that shape the UK's future.
- Be part of a high-performing team in a progressive, digitally-led organisation.
- Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies and enterprise-level systems.
