About the role:

We're looking for a confident and approachable Admin Manager who thrives on building strong relationships and engaging with people at all levels, from new joiners to senior leadership. In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for day-to-day administrative needs, drawing on your experience as a Personal Assistant to manage diaries, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth communication across the business. You'll have the chance to take real ownership, using your initiative to improve processes and proactively support the team. A key part of the role will be creating onboarding packs for new starters, helping set them up for success from day one. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, people-focused, and eager to make a real impact.

Key Deliverables & Accountabilities:

  • Provide efficient support in diary management. (Project Leader and Commercial Leader's diary) 
  • Provide efficient, and effective administration manager support and co-ordinate day to day activities with their teams and key stakeholders including ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Create and own the onboarding for new staff.
  • Issue access passes for new people, training, inductions etc. 
  • Communicate and liaise professionally with external key stakeholders as well as internal teams in all areas of our business, building strong collaborative relationships and a wide network of support.
  • Assist the commercial team with time sheets.
  • Distributing of internal project communications.
