What You'll Do
- Take ownership of commercial management for projects or sections of large-scale works.
- Prepare and manage valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts.
- Negotiate and settle subcontracts, manage costs, and advise on risk.
- Lead and develop junior team members, sharing your expertise.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.
What We're Looking For

Qualified & Experienced: BSc(Hons) in Quantity Surveying and MRICS membership.

Commercially Savvy: Strong negotiation, financial control, and risk management skills.
