Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Commissioning Execution Plan, including strategy, methodology, and fully resourced programme.
- Manage all commissioning stages, including:
- Static Completion
- Pre-functional Testing
- Functional Testing
- Integrated System Testing
- Building Performance Testing
- Oversee and verify Factory Acceptance Testing and site-based commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with BSRIA, CIBSE, CSA, IET codes of practice, Building Regulations, and BREEAM requirements.
- Drive the commissioning programme, monitor progress, and advise on potential delays.
- Manage documentation, reporting, and production of the final Commissioning Report.
- Ensure safe commissioning practices and adherence to all health and safety standards.
- Plan and deliver Employer training, seasonal commissioning, and post-PC monitoring.
What are we looking for?
- Extensive, recent experience managing commissioning on complex MEP projects.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building operation, and commissioning codes of practice.
- CSA Grade 6 or CM2 accreditation (or equivalent proven experience).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and resource planning skills.
- Ability to produce detailed commissioning strategies, schedules, and reports.
