Front of House Security
Front of House Security Officer - Stansted.
Laing O'Rourke, on behalf of Select Security, is looking for a Front of House Security Officer to work at our site in Stansted.
In this role, you'll be the first person visitors meet when they arrive at the project. You'll handle the gate activities and keep detailed records of all deliveries. As part of the Security and Logistics team, you'll keep an eye on the site and access routes to stop unauthorised access and make sure members of the public don't accidentally wander into restricted areas.
We're currently looking for people who can work day shifts – 12-hour shifts adding up to around 48-60 hours a week on a long-term contract.

What you'll need:
- A valid SIA licence in either Security Guarding, Door Supervision, or Close Protection
- Great communication skills, both written and spoken, plus you should be comfortable with computers
- Ability to work well within a large security team and with other people on the project
- A customer-focused approach with excellent customer service skills
- A professional attitude with good judgement and integrity
