Your role

• Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for bespoke and standard precast solutions.
• Collaborate with bid managers, contractors, and consultants to deliver winning proposals.
• Advise on specifications, budgets, and risk management.
• Support marketing with compelling bid submissions and follow up with clients to secure success.

What we're looking for

• Essential skills:
  • Logical, organised, and great at prioritising.
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
• Desirable:
  • Up to 3 years' experience in estimating or a similar role.
  • Degree in a construction-related discipline or equivalent experience.
