CHt are currently delivering the full MEP scope for two major data centre developments in the London area (Slough & Dagenham) — highly regulated projects requiring exceptional standards of safety, quality, and performance.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of electrical services on one of these projects.

What is the role?

  • Lead and manage the delivery of the electrical packages on site through to handover
  • Ensure the timely completion of commissioning, safety documentation, and final close-out
  • Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and coordination with design and planning functions
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company standards
  • Drive productivity, quality, and innovation across all project stages

What skills & experience are we looking for?

  • First degree in an Engineering discipline (Electrical), other construction or design-related degree, or an industry-recognised technical or engineering qualification (NVQ Level 4), with demonstrable experience in a design and construction delivery environment
  • Ability to drive large-scale, complex projects
  • Previous delivery experience on large, highly regulated projects (MEP value £15m–£100m+)
  • Ability to select and manage innovative construction methods, materials, and safe systems of work
  • Practical application of engineering principles and calculations
  • Ability to establish and oversee local implementation of engineering systems, documentation, and controls to comply with H&S legislation and company standards
