Are you a Design Manager with an electrical background and experience delivering data centre projects on site? We're looking for someone to play a pivotal role in the successful design and delivery of one of the most complex and high-profile projects in our portfolio – based from our project team office in Bicester.

Who we're looking for:
We'd love to hear from Design Managers who have:

A degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline), ideally with Chartered Engineer status.

Proven on-site delivery experience within data centres or other mission-critical environments.

A strong understanding of design governance, risk management, and change control processes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – comfortable collaborating across design, client, and delivery teams.
