About the Role:

As an Assistant Reinforcement Engineer, you'll support the production of 2D and 3D manufacturing information for precast concrete elements using industry-leading software like Tekla and Trimble Connect. Working alongside our structural, DfMA, and production engineering teams, you'll ensure high-quality, digitally-driven models that align with Eurocodes, British Standards, and our own world-class manufacturing guidance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating and releasing detailed CAD models and drawings into manufacture

  • Collaborating with bid teams on tender-stage modelling and design viability

  • Supporting continuous product development and value engineering

  • Ensuring compliance with lifting, handling, and transport requirements

  • Working with structural engineers to solve real-world challenges through digital design

  • Feeding into quality, innovation, and software improvement initiatives

What you'll bring:

  • A passion for digital modelling and structural design

  • Familiarity with CAD software (especially Tekla Structures)

  • Understanding of precast concrete manufacturing, or a willingness to learn

  • A team mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach

  • A desire to contribute to low-carbon, efficient product solutions
