What to expect in this position:
- Implementation of procurement strategies and processes.
- Assist with invoice queries
- Assist with tender enquires
- Review and release orders in alignment with project schedules
- Manage and update performance scoring systems for our suppliers
- Support forward planning while maintaining lean inventory practices
- Contribute to the onboarding of new suppliers and contractors
- To consolidate product knowledge including development and innovation of materials, products and systems that may increase competitive advantage and cost-effective solutions
- Whilst under supervision, develop and maintain professional working relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and service providers, who are committed and aligned to LOR's Values and will provide best value to LOR and support LOR as a Contractor of first choice.
- To apply an ethical and consistent approach to the responsible procurement of goods and services to ensuring compliance with the LOR corporate governance and Procurement best practice throughout the Procurement process and the supply chain

Desired:
- Proven background in procurement, supply chain or coordination within manufacturing
- Strong SAP (or similar ERP) experience—BOMs, inventory, pricing control.
- Will have the appetite to learn and understand the functional processes and supply chain.
- Self-motivated, flexible and able to progress tasks in an efficient manner, building towards limited supervision.
The nature of this role will require the Procurement Professional to attend project/business locations which will include the flexibility to meet project and business requirements.
