🔑 What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead a team of c.50 colleagues, including Team Leaders, driving performance in a safety-first culture.

• Deliver right-first-time, on-time production, consistently hitting client requirements.

• Champion quality and continuous improvement, reducing defects and increasing efficiencies.

• Foster a culture of inclusion and wellbeing, role-modelling positive behaviours.

• Manage budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective delivery while planning ahead for future demand.

💡 What You'll Bring:

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or operational environments (ideally precast concrete but not essential).

• Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate, engage and develop a diverse team.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset, always seeking ways to improve performance.

• A working knowledge of safety management and commitment to operational excellence.

📈 Desirable Extras:

• Familiarity with Excel, Word, Power BI, or similar operational tools.

• Commitment to continuous professional development.
