Are you an experienced production leader from the concrete products, building materials, or manufacturing sector? Ready to take the next step and shape some of the most innovative structures in the UK?

Join Explore Manufacturing and take charge of our bespoke carousel – a unique facility producing high-value, architecturally led precast components for landmark buildings and infrastructure.

What you'll do:

• Lead and inspire a team of 3 Production Team Leaders and 50 operatives across shifts

• Embed a Safety First culture and uphold high operational standards

• Ensure quality products are manufactured right first time, every time

• Drive productivity in line with production plans and sustainability targets

• Continuously improve safety, process control, and team capability

• Collaborate with planning and engineering to optimise delivery

What we're looking for:

• Proven leadership in a manufacturing environment (ideally precast or building materials)

• Strong focus on quality, safety and team development

• Experience managing operations with cost and performance accountability

• A passion for learning, innovation and high-performance culture

• SMSTS or equivalent safety qualification is desirable

We welcome candidates from construction management, advanced manufacturing, or those with transferable skills from aligned industries.
